Is Online Therapy Right For Me?
Online Therapy (Telehealth) is a growing area of psychotherapy. Many clients may find this form of video therapy more convenient for a variety of reasons.
Online Therapy is useful for clients who find it difficult to leave the house (chronic health issues, rural location, new baby at home, social anxiety, unsafe driving conditions, etc).
Online Therapy is useful for clients who may feel more comfortable in their own homes and want to have family members join in sessions.
Online Therapy is easy to use and most clients find that it takes very little adjustment to become comfortable with video sessions!
