Welcome to ME Psychotherapy, a multidisciplinary group practice offering therapy, medication management, EMDR, Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Walk & Talk Therapy, and telehealth services in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. With locations in Providence and Narragansett, we provide mental health care for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.

Our providers represent a wide range of specialties and treatment approaches, allowing us to thoughtfully match clients with the therapist or psychiatric provider who best fits their unique needs and goals.

To make accessing care as simple as possible, ME Psychotherapy utilizes a secure online client portal through SimplePractice for appointment requests, paperwork, billing, telehealth sessions, and communication. Our administrative team is available to assist with insurance verification, portal setup, forms, billing questions, and other logistical needs, helping create a smooth and supportive experience from your first contact with our practice.

She provides Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in the Narragansett office and is a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) specializing in pregnancy, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, and the transition to parenthood. Marisa also enjoys working with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship challenges, burnout, and major life transitions.

Marisa enjoys helping clients better understand themselves, feel more confident in their decisions, and build meaningful lives that align with their values.

Marisa’s approach is warm, practical, and collaborative. Kim is the Clinical Director of ME Psychotherapy and a licensed therapist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Kimberly has particular experience supporting trauma survivors, adults on the autism spectrum, and individuals navigating the transition to parenthood, with additional expertise in maternal mental health.

Kim enjoys working with clients who are ready to invest in themselves and create meaningful change. She strives to help clients build confidence, develop new skills, and move forward with greater clarity and resilience.

Kim believes therapy should be tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Tara is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Rhode Island with more than 10 years of nursing experience. She works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, and depression, with particular expertise in ADHD diagnosis and treatment across the lifespan. Tara also enjoys supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals who have questions about psychiatric medications and want clear, evidence-based information to help them make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Tara enjoys helping clients feel empowered, informed, and confident in their treatment choices. She works especially well with clients who view medication as one piece of the puzzle and are interested in combining treatment with skill-building, lifestyle changes, and personal growth. Mckayla Horan, Office Director

McKayla is the Office Director at ME Psychotherapy and plays a key role in helping clients access the services they need. She assists with intake coordination, client portal setup, scheduling support, and a variety of administrative needs. McKayla also coordinates enrollment and scheduling for Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR services, and medication management, helping ensure clients are connected with the appropriate services and providers.

McKayla is committed to making the process of starting care as smooth and stress-free as possible. She understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming and strives to provide a responsive, organized, and supportive experience every step of the way. Clients often appreciate her attention to detail, reliability, and ability to help navigate the logistics of getting started with care.

Stacy DiRaimo, Administrative Assistant

Stacy is the Administrative Assistant at ME Psychotherapy and is often the first voice prospective clients hear when contacting our practice. She answers and returns practice voicemails Monday through Friday and helps individuals take the first steps toward accessing care. Stacy assists callers with general questions about services, helps connect clients with the most appropriate provider, and guides them through the onboarding process with patience, kindness, and understanding.

Stacy is committed to creating a welcoming and supportive experience for both new and existing clients. She understands that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming and strives to make each interaction feel comfortable, reassuring, and approachable. Clients often appreciate her warm demeanor, responsiveness, and willingness to help them navigate the process of getting started.

In addition to providing phone support, Stacy assists clients with all aspects of the online client portal, including forms, credit card updates, and payment processing.

Tiffany is the Billing Assistant at ME Psychotherapy and an independent contractor with Calm and Collected Billing, LLC. She specializes in helping clients navigate the financial and insurance aspects of their care, providing support with insurance claims, billing questions, account balances, payment concerns, and other billing-related matters.

Tiffany understands that insurance and billing can often feel confusing or frustrating. She is committed to providing clear, straightforward explanations and helping clients understand their benefits, billing responsibilities, and available options. Clients appreciate her direct communication style, attention to detail, and ability to explain complex insurance and billing issues in a way that is easy to understand.
