In the portal, you will find instructions on how to upload your insurance card and complete your intake paperwork electronically.

Maggie Pinto, MSW Intern

Maggie works with children age 5+, adolescents, college students, and adults. She enjoys working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress due to life-transitions, self-esteem issues, grief, ADHD, and the Autism Spectrum. 

Maggie does not accept any insurance plans, but offers a low sliding fee of $65 per session.

Venita Maciel, MA, LMHC-A

Venita works with young adults, college students, adults, and elders. She enjoys working with clients experiencing stress, anxiety, and depression as they navigate through life transitions, self-esteem issues, grief, and relationship challenges. Venita creates a safe, non-judgmental, empathic, and warm environment and believes in honoring the unique backgrounds of the individual and their lived experiences, utilizing an integrated approach where the individual is seen as a whole.

Venita accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Student Resources, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHP), Cigna, Aetna, and Tufts insurance plans. She offers a low sliding fee rate of $100 for clients with other insurance plans.

Devon Jervis, MA, LMHC-A

Devon works with older adolescents, college students, and adults. He has experience helping individuals that struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, depression, relationship problems, work or school related stress, and difficulty adjusting to major life transitions. Devon uses a person centered approach, incorporating elements of psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapies to help his clients navigate challenging thoughts, feelings, and life events.

Devon accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Student Resources, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHP), Cigna, Aetna, and Tufts insurance plans. He offers a low sliding fee rate of $100 for clients with other insurance plans.

Victoria Shaughnessy, MA, LMHC-A

Victoria works with adolescents, college students, and adults. She enjoys helping clients who are navigating transitions, caregiving, chronic illness, relationship issues, anxiety, ADHD, and those who have experienced trauma. She is passionate about holistic well-being and utilizes mindfulness and self care strategies to help clients make lasting positive change.

Jason Etting, MA, LMHC-A

Jason works with adolescents, college students, and adults. He enjoys working with clients struggling with addiction, men’s issues, parenting, anxiety, and food/wellness. Jason is trained in the Adlerian method, and works with clients to identify obstacles and create effective strategies for working towards goals. Adlerians believe that by gaining insight into challenges, people can overcome feelings of inferiority.

Emily Newberry Sacks, MA, LMHC-A

Emily works with children, adolescents, and young adults. Emily enjoys working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, relational conflicts, behavioral difficulties, self-esteem issues, and stress due to life transitions.
