Aleksandra Deptula, MA

Aleksandra works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, trauma, and life transitions. Using ACT, CBT, ERP, emotion-focused therapy, somatic practices, and strength-based approaches, she helps clients build resilience, reconnect with their authentic selves, and create meaningful change through creativity, mindfulness, and whole-person healing.

Aleks will begin accepting insurance starting September 2026. In the meantime, she offers a copay match and other sliding fee arrangements. Please contact the office for more info.

Emily Newberry Sacks, MA, LMHC

Emily works with children, adolescents, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, behavioral concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Using person-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, she incorporates mindfulness and creative expression to help clients build resilience, confidence, and self-compassion.

Devon Jervis, MA, LMHC

Devon works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, Autism, depression, perfectionism, relationship concerns, and life transitions. Using person-centered therapy, CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, and psychoeducation, he provides a neurodivergent-affirming space where clients can better understand themselves, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful change.

Victoria Shaughnessy, MA, LMHC

Victoria works with adolescents, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, chronic illness, caregiving stress, trauma, and life transitions. Using CBT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, and trauma-informed approaches, she helps clients move beyond overthinking, self-doubt, and people-pleasing while building practical tools that feel flexible, supportive, and sustainable.

Meagan Cahoon, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Meagan provides psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, addiction, recovery, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Drawing on extensive experience in crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and behavioral health care, she combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with a collaborative, client-centered approach that helps clients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment.

Meagan accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHP), Student Resources, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, and Tufts.

She is currently undergoing insurance credentialing for Medicare and Tricare. During this time she is considered “out-of-network” (OON) for these plans.

Maggie Pinto, LCSW

Maggie works with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, burnout, rumination, self-doubt, and life transitions. Drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and psychoeducation, she helps clients challenge unhelpful thought patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change through a collaborative and skills-focused approach.
