MEAGAN OFFERS MEDICATION MANAGEMENT SESSIONS IN NARRAGANSETT & VIA TELEHEALTH

Meagan provides psychiatric medication management for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, addiction, recovery, and co-occurring mental health concerns. Drawing on extensive experience in crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and behavioral health care, she combines evidence-based psychopharmacology with a collaborative, client-centered approach that helps clients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their treatment.

Meagan sees clients in the Narragansett office and also offers Telehealth sessions.

Meagan accepts Blue Cross, United Healthcare, Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island (NHP), Student Resources, Harvard Pilgrim, Aetna, Cigna, and Tufts.

She is currently undergoing insurance credentialing for Medicare and Tricare. During this time she is considered “out-of-network” (OON) for these plans.

Please check the “Our Team” page to confirm that the medication provider you want to work with accepts your insurance plan. As of September 2026, our medication providers are still undergoing credentialing with some insurance companies, so it is important to confirm before scheduling.

To request a medication refill, please reach out to your medication provider by messaging through your Client Portal in SimplePractice or by requesting a refill during their appointment. There is a 24-48 hour refill policy for all medications. If the preferred pharmacy does not have your medication in stock, you should call another pharmacy and request the medication be sent to that location. Once you have confirmed that the new pharmacy has your medication in stock, please reach back out to your medication provider to provide updated pharmacy information (address and zip code).
