Matthew Bradstock, MS, LMHC-A

Matt works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. He has experience helping clients who are struggling with developing life skills, anger management skills, job adjustment and performance skills, and coping skills to manage stressful life transitions. Matt is experienced working with clients and ADHD management, mindfulness stress-based reduction techniques for anxiety and depression, and helping parents/families with behavior management strategies.

Alexa Resendes, MS, LMHC

Alexa enjoys working with children, adolescents, and young adults as they navigate the complexities of life transitions. Alexa specializes in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, and adjustment disorders.  She often incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients learn the tools needed to manage emotions, build healthier relationships, while fostering greater self-awareness.

Mae Gloman, MA, LMHC

Mae works with college students, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. Using an integrated, trauma-informed approach that combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and IFS-informed concepts, she helps clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. Mae is known for her easygoing nature and creates a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be themselves while building resilience, increasing self-understanding, and working toward their goals.

Alexandra Cardi, MA, LMHC-A

Alex works with adolescents, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, and work-life balance concerns. Using a holistic, person-centered, mindfulness-based, and trauma-informed approach, she helps clients strengthen self-awareness, reconnect with their strengths, and better understand the mind-body connection. Alex incorporates somatic awareness and practical coping strategies to support greater balance, resilience, and overall well-being.

Tyler Puryear-Najjar, PhD, MPH, LMHC, CCATP

Tyler works with LGBTQ+ adults, college students, and young adults navigating sexual identity development, anxiety, depression, addiction, chronic illness, health concerns, and major life transitions. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), he utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and feminist theory to help clients build insight, strengthen resilience, and live more authentically.

Riviane Lafleur, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Riviane provides psychiatric medication management for adults navigating anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other common mental health concerns. With experience across hospitals, outpatient clinics, and crisis stabilization programs, she takes a collaborative, personalized approach to treatment. Riviane helps clients better understand their options, feel confident in their care, and develop sustainable strategies that support long-term emotional wellness.
