To schedule a session, you can call the office at (401) 633-2929 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will schedule an intake appointment/consultation to review your history and presenting concerns and to see if our office would be a good fit for your needs.
You will receive an email link to our client portal, where you will fill out the necessary information needed to begin counseling and an intake questionnaire about your history and presenting concerns. Please log into the client portal and fill out the information prior to our first session.
If you will be using health insurance, please review our page to find out more information about verifying your benefits.
When you arrive for your first session, we will review the policies, sign any remaining forms, and discuss your reasons for entering counseling and related goals. At the end of the session, we will decide how to proceed and I will collect your fees, if applicable.
Summer Office hours (beginning June 16, 2017) are Tuesday 830am-3pm, Wednesday 830am-930pm, Thursday 830am-730pm, and Friday 8am-6pm.
Regular Office hours (beginning September 11, 2017) are Monday 830am-3pm, Tuesday 830am-3pm, Wednesday 1030am-930pm, Thursday 10am-730pm, and Friday 8am-6pm.
